Reda!

Once upon a time I had to choose - Psychology or Business Management. Management won because entrepreneurship, rationality, clear logic is my hobby and strength. This was followed by a rapid leap into leadership positions, which I lived in and enjoyed for more than fifteen years. I am sure that the established processes and results delighted others as well.

Meanwhile, my second passion for psychology didn’t go away either step by step. She constantly encouraged interest in employees, their needs, behavioral motives, search for knowledge, resources, training on how to effectively use all available potential. Finally, comprehensive self-improvement, in-house training for employees, consulting for businesses, and the adoption of new methodologies led to the implementation of our vision.

Thus, in 2015, the Re-Act project was born. Its uniqueness is a special attention to man. All training methodologies, such as coaching, nlp, eneagram, metaphors, or even hypnosis, are designed to unleash the potential and use it effectively to achieve goals.
