METHODOLOGY is a set of practical tasks, performance techniques and tools combined with concentrated theory in a particular field. Purposefully selected methodologies lead to better results in areas such as employee motivation, conflict management, time management, and internal communication.

Areas of application:

All methodologies can be studied as separate disciplines and become their specialists, used in their practice and professional practice, and transferred to others. Upon completion of an accredited Coaching or Eneagram course, you will be awarded the ICTA (International Coach and Trainer Association) certification.

Study seminars are for those who want to discover some new techniques that they can use to improve their lives or work. All methodologies are suitable for both personal and professional use.

Enneagram

An engraph is a model of personality transformation that, above all, allows you to get to know yourself better, understand the causes of life events, and initiate change. By mastering knowledge, one can understand important things about oneself, or even one’s place in the world. Nine types of eneagrams are distinguished, with their subconscious motives, patterns of behavior, basic needs, and emotions. Even more understanding of ourselves and others reveals our changes in a state of stress and comfort. Recognizing a client’s level of health is an invaluable aid to every psychologist or coach. The eneagram is, in a sense, the connection between psychology and spirituality that helps to become conscious and mature personalities.

Metaphors

Metaphors are a great communication tool that helps to reveal suppressed feelings, emotions, free oneself from the shadows of the past, and reveal intuition and knowledge about oneself with the help of images. Psychological metaphorical associative cards such as Points of You, OH, KAK cards, and the like are used to reveal this method. Using metaphorical cards makes it easier to create an atmosphere of trust, which helps to overcome internal resistance, remove protective mental barriers that are sometimes impossible to break by any other method. These cards are used in psychological counseling, therapy, work with various social groups, in business – team building or conflict resolution.

Coaching

The coaching philosophy is based on respect for the client’s personal and professional experience and the belief that each client is a creative, versatile and cohesive personality. It does not look for problems, but the best solutions, envisages steps on how to implement them. During the conversation, the client models alternatives for solving the problem, learns new behaviors, analyzes past situations, and develops future opportunities. Coaching is a process of change that helps to reveal the client’s inner potential, increase efficiency and achieve qualitatively new results in personal life and professional activities. Coaching helps you to refine your goals and achieve them.

NLP

NLP is a system that allows you to understand the way you think, change it, activate internal resources, change habits, and improve your quality of life. NLP is neuro linguistic programming. Neuro means that NLP is based on research into human nerve cells, the way they transmit and process information. “Linguistic” – because it examines the impact of the language we use on our lives. “Programming” means the ability to model and change our usual, automatic ways of thinking, speaking and behaving. As the attitude towards the situation and oneself changes, one’s behavior also tends to change. NLP pays close attention to human motivation, beliefs, and values. It helps you expand your understanding of the world, see more opportunities that exist, and take advantage of them properly.

Phenotypology

Facial science is a science that can be used to reveal a person’s character, innate talents, available talents, health status, and patterns of behavior. Having learned to explore facial features, a lot can be said about a person even without talking to him. A face can betray a person’s intellectual potential, tell whether that person is loyal or honest, what his dominance, nervousness, practicality, and so on. The first impression can be formed by paying attention to the most dominant, distinguished human traits, which influence behavior, character traits. Nowadays, face science is actively used in business, in the world of show entertainment, personal development, improvement of relationships, determination of individual character, realization of potential.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a psychotherapeutic method in which the client is introduced into a trance. It is an intermediate state between wakefulness and sleep, when a person feels and hears the environment, he can control himself. During hypnosis, the client relaxes, calms the mind, feels more about his body, his emotions and can find the desired solutions directly or with the help of metaphors. A trance is a natural state for a person that we experience on a daily basis, only we do not always reap its benefits. A specialist who knows your problem or query can help you find the answers that lie within your industry.

We had a goal to learn how to work more smoothly, delegate tasks, give feedback. The playful and illustrative presentation of knowledge is definitely the merit of the lecturer. The training simply engulfed and sparked a deeper interest. It is now easier to predict whether an employee is suitable for a particular position, what tasks will perform flawlessly, what motivations motivate them to act.
These trainings are useful not only for productive work in a team, but also in personal life.

The strength of the training is the work of the lecturer. Structure, clarity, specificity, a lot of information, but everything is arranged on clear shelves. During the lecture, there are many examples that help to better understand, and at the same time become more involved. Eneagrama is a particularly fascinating paradox for me: at first glance, it may seem like it’s putting people on certain shelves, but there are deep mechanisms inside it. When I started studying, it didn't stop, I fell in love and now I see it everywhere.
