COACHING is a process of change that helps to reveal the client’s inner potential, increase efficiency and achieve quality new results in personal life and professional activities. Coaching’s philosophy is based on respect for the client’s personal and professional experience and the belief in the belief that each client is a creative, diverse and cohesive personality. In Coaching, the focus is not on the analysis of problems, but on the search for the best solutions, the steps to be taken are realized.

The range of applications for coaching is very wide. It is used as a way of professional activity and psychological help. Very useful in business, applying certain coaching techniques of leadership, communication or applying specific models and techniques in daily activities. Still, the most important change is felt when coaching becomes a way of life. And the application of coaching in its own way, with the help of other coaching specialists or supervisors, helps to promote and support this.

A coaching session is a conversation during which a coaching specialist helps the client to understand more clearly his goals, motives and the most effective ways of acting. During the session, the client models alternatives for solving the problem, learns new behaviors, analyzes past situations, and develops future opportunities. COACHING MACRO MODELS:

GROW

The GROW model is an algorithm for conducting a coaching session. It was created by John Whitmore with colleagues in the late 1980s. Since then, this model has become the most popular in the field of coaching.

It allows for a more accurate self-assessment of Goals, Reality, Opportunities, and Action Plan, and is therefore used not only in coaching professionals but also in business leadership and day-to-day activities to unleash people’s potential and motivate them to take action.

SCORE

The SCORE model was developed by Robert Dilts and Todd Epstein, and is more of an NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) tool, but has been used very successfully and effectively in coaching.

Its benefits are manifested in the fact that in each problem situation 5 elements can be seen: Symptoms, Cause, Results, Resources and Effects. Examining them provides a clearer picture of the full picture and makes it easier to put together an optimal action plan.

REACT

The REACT model is an author’s work by Reda Slavinskaitė. Its inventor has specialized in the application of coaching in business for many years, making it particularly suitable for company employees and managers. In many cases, tasks are “lowered” from companies and employees lack motivation or ability to perform them.

This model provides a better understanding of what results are expected (Results), how it will affect further effects (Effects), what actions to take (Actions), what are the necessary conditions (Conditions) and of course timing.

The training simply engulfed and sparked a deeper interest. It is now easier to predict whether an employee is suitable for a particular position, what tasks will perform flawlessly, what motivations motivate them to act.

During the lecture, there are many examples that help to better understand, and at the same time become more involved.
