ENEAGRAM is a transformative journey into self-knowledge and understanding of other people and the world. It reveals nine subconscious motives. Depending on which effect is strongest, unique character types are formed with their own instinctive, emotional, and thinking strategies. In addition, it reveals how our behavior changes in different life situations. In other words, the Eneagram describes nine fundamentally different ways of perceiving reality.
BENEFITS AND APPLICABILITY:
By figuring out what subconscious motive affects our lives, we can clearly understand our reactions, relationships, and recurring events. This alone has a therapeutic effect as it allows you to finally understand and accept yourself. Only by opening up subconscious needs and fears can we change their impact on our lives.
The eneagram also helps to understand that other people can think, behave, and react completely differently. The first step to better self and other knowledge may be the Eneagram test. By understanding the motives of behavior, we can adopt their life strategies much more tolerantly and elevate relationships to a higher level.
Areas of application: Self-knowledge and personality growth; Relationships, upbringing; Psychotherapy and coaching; Business and personnel selection; Social Sciences; Creativity.
