Team training is one of the most effective means of uniting and exciting the team. First and foremost, it is important to recognize the essential needs and dysfunctions of the team. And then, with the right choice of training, it is possible not only to learn to use time more efficiently, to communicate more successfully, to cope with the test, but also to get to know yourself and colleagues more deeply, to see everyone’s value, to develop tolerance. If necessary, individual work with managers or specific employees is also recommended.

Training can be for a team, a unit, or all employees. Their goal is for everyone to clean up and discuss existing problems together, anticipate the desired changes and discover new solutions.

Modern leadership. It is inclusive and shared leadership, where the leader shares responsibility and cake with team members. It is individualized leadership where a motivating relationship is created with each employee.

Time management. Professional catching of time thieves, training to say no, daring to delegate work and discovering hidden time reserves according to a personal action plan.

Stress optimization. Training on how to curb and tame stress: from identifying stressors, symptoms and self-diagnosis of stress to ways of coping with stress, emotional response habits and meditation.

Team building. The ability to recognize a team’s weaknesses and strengths, and the potential of each team member, is the initial stage. Techniques and constant work are still needed to ensure its effectiveness.

Feedback. The inability to communicate properly is one of the main problems in a frequent company. Any comment, instruction, evaluation can either motivate or destroy the initiative.

New methodologies

Coaching. It’s not psychology, it’s leadership using elements of coaching. This is educational leadership – you ask targeted questions to employees, forcing them to think and look for solutions.

NLP. Neurolinguistic programming understands the way we think, and therefore changes us both internally and externally: changes in thoughts, behaviors, motivations, beliefs, and even values inevitably change the quality of life.

Eneagrama. It is almost a panacea when communication is limping, conflicts are unmanaged, the team is weak, decisions are difficult to make. An engraph, like a magic mirror, allows you to see deeper and understand both yourself and others.

Metaphorical cards. When it is not possible to clarify the situation and find solutions, metaphorical cards “ignite” a deeper conversation and bring hidden problems to the surface. They help to anticipate change and refine the desired results.

Coaching sessions. It would seem like a simple but very effective way to help you refine your needs, put together your thoughts and priorities, and discover the resources to achieve your goals.

Consultations. A new challenge, unexpected changes, limited time to find a solution – in all these cases you need a consultant, a specialist who can provide several alternatives for your choice.

Employee testing

Determination of entypes. It is an opportunity to assess the suitability of candidates for the offered positions, compliance with the company’s culture and adaptation to the existing staff. It also reveals the strengths and risks of the existing team.

Microclimate analysis. The anonymous test allows you to openly express your views on the workload, the distribution of responsibilities, tasks, their clarity, and the internal microclimate of the team or the company as a whole. The effectiveness of team dysfunction-inhibiting activities is highlighted.
