In modern society, stress has become one of the most popular words to explain and often justify any failure, incapacity, or even illness. Unfortunately, we forget that stress can not only be devastating or freezing, but also encourage us to think much more actively and creatively, to discover in ourselves and in the environment such resources that we did not expect to exist.
So we will not escape stress. Stressors are very diverse and they are usually beyond our control. But what we can really control is ourselves. It is up to us whether physical health and psychological condition will be resistant to external factors. By restoring our inner strength and understanding the real needs, we will be able to direct any impetus to the realization of dreams, not their destruction.
