Coaching in business
Genius can provide the beginning, but patient work must bring it to completion. (H. Mann)
About program
A coaching culture within a company (ICTA) is the most direct path toward teamwork, tolerance, and excellent performance results. A company’s success depends on its employees—their motivation, dedication, and belief in the organization. Not only are management and leadership approaches evolving, but so too is the style of communication. In a rapidly changing world—where the accurate transmission and reception of information are absolutely essential—communication style is becoming an increasingly critical criterion. Coaching is one such communication style that is gaining significant popularity.
Coaching is an effective way to unlock a person’s potential through conversation and questioning, find an optimal solution, and ensure its implementation.
A coaching culture is a form of communication—it is tolerance toward another person and the ability to discern a positive impulse.
Corporate Coaching Culture (ICTA) involves utilizing the best coaching methodologies to define and achieve the shared goals of a team and the company.

For me, this was one of the most powerful and profound seminars regarding my own behavior—and that of those around me—as well as our reactions and interpersonal relationships; it broadened my understanding of where all of this stems from. There were moments when certain "stuck points"—the very things that used to irritate me—suddenly became clear, leading to a real "BINGO!" moment.
Interesting, useful, practical, and effective—all that is required is consistency in maintaining the skill of the "inner observer."
I really liked the training system itself, which was multifaceted:
- an opportunity was provided to "step out" of one's comfort zone and to interact, discuss, and learn with strangers, though there was also no shortage of individual tasks;
- the tasks are interesting and practical. modern;
- engaging and well-structured training material;
- an opportunity was provided to share one’s experiences, feelings, and thoughts;
- a warm and pleasant atmosphere;
The lecturer is always in a good mood, motivating, and encourages one to step up.
I participated in remote training on metaphorical cards. As this was a new tool and methodology for working with clients, it was important for me to gain comprehensive knowledge and learn various ways to apply them. The instructor presented all the information concisely, clearly, and in an easily understandable manner. I am now successfully applying what I learned in my work.
I highly recommend this to all practicing coaching professionals, as it is an excellent tool to assist during coaching sessions.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get to know themselves better and improve.
I highly recommend the training sessions led by Reda to everyone, as they teach how to overcome both personal and work-related problems.
I recommend this to everyone on a path of conscious development—as well as to business leaders seeking innovative perspectives for working with their staff and addressing issues related to team compatibility.
