Coaching in business

Genius can provide the beginning, but patient work must bring it to completion. (H. Mann)

About program

A coaching culture within a company (ICTA) is the most direct path toward teamwork, tolerance, and excellent performance results. A company’s success depends on its employees—their motivation, dedication, and belief in the organization. Not only are management and leadership approaches evolving, but so too is the style of communication. In a rapidly changing world—where the accurate transmission and reception of information are absolutely essential—communication style is becoming an increasingly critical criterion. Coaching is one such communication style that is gaining significant popularity.

Coaching is an effective way to unlock a person’s potential through conversation and questioning, find an optimal solution, and ensure its implementation.

A coaching culture is a form of communication—it is tolerance toward another person and the ability to discern a positive impulse.

Corporate Coaching Culture (ICTA) involves utilizing the best coaching methodologies to define and achieve the shared goals of a team and the company.
