1. Effective delegation.

Of course, this will not change the position you normally hold. Sometimes people voluntarily choose a profession that is completely unsuitable for them. But you can really delegate work and tasks based on Eneagram, common sense and knowledge of which employee will best take care of customers, who will fill out documents accurately, and who will ignite the entire team for a new project.

2. Purposeful motivation.

How many times did you slap a colleague over the shoulder? How many times have you assigned a difficult task because you think the challenges are motivating? How many times did you encourage everyone to take part in the evening beer drink and you were disappointed not to attend, because how ungrateful they are does not appreciate your concern. An engraph opens your eyes: what motivates some can demotivate others.

3. Useful meetings.

Well, admit, you have full-time speakers, critics, and interlocutors in meetings. But those who are still quiet, say nothing, have no ideas and don’t care about them at all are especially annoying. But really? Maybe it’s just other people who can gather the most useful information if you give them time and present it if you just want to listen. The eneagram helps to get the most out of each employee.

4. Open communication.

Oh, what a great team, if you belong to this group of chosen ones, who hang on the board of praise because they get the best customers, those who don’t go unnoticed, because the manager is happy to have lunch with them. Of course, it is common for us to communicate with people like ourselves and to treat everyone else as weirdos. But the Eneagram makes it clear that it is the different person who can enrich us the most, so closer acquaintance and more sincere communication or cooperation becomes a real value.

5. Personal benefits.

An eneagram has no boundaries, so everything an employee learns about himself, colleagues, people’s behavioral motives, and thinking patterns will be useful to him everywhere and at all times. Maybe you need to improve relationships with loved ones, or discover a language with a teenage child, or maybe even find a more suitable job (don’t be afraid, meaning such a need has always been there and you’ll only win by running it). People value the opportunity for them to improve as a personality, not just as a business and work tool.

If you’re ready, you have at least three choices:

To make a service for the whole team and to get acquainted with the new methodology again and qualitatively during the trainings, but also with each other.

Participate in online training yourself and become a certified Eneagram practitioner.

Sign up for an individual consultation and discover your talents and critical mistakes.
